This Disclosure Text; Within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, Onur Holding A.Ş.

Your personal data specified below; data controller Onur Holding A.Ş. ("ONUR HOLDİNG") may be processed by us for the purposes described below in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law").

2- The Purpose of Processing Your Collected Personal Data
Your personal data collected by ONUR HOLDİNG may be processed for the following purposes, including the reasons why you disclose your personal data to us, within the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.

• Execution of Information Security Processes,
• Ensuring the Security of Data Controller Operations,
• Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations

3- To Whom and For What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred by ONUR HOLDİNG to authorized public institutions and organizations upon request, in line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of Law No. 6698.

4- Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by ONUR HOLDİNG through electronic media data transfer tools. Your personal data collected in this process; It can be processed and transferred by automatic means within the scope of the personal data processing condition "clearly stipulated in the laws" in Article 5 of Law No. 6698.

5- Application to ONUR PACKAGING for the Rights of Relevant Persons
As a data subject, if you have a request regarding your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 In case you have a request regarding your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698; By filling in the Application Form on the Protection of Personal Data that you can obtain from the Front Office in accordance with the procedures and principles specified or with your application that meets the minimum conditions stipulated by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; You can make an application to our e-mail address onur@onurambalaj.com.tr with a mobile signature or e-signature or to our address Hacıkadirler Mahallesi Ankara Caddesi No: 374/1-1 Gümüşova / Düzce in person with a wet signed written application or through a notary public. As ONUR HOLDİNG, we will finalize your application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, ONUR HOLDİNG will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In this context, as a data subject, you have the following rights;

a) Learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
e) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
h) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i)  In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage
